How to apply for the full transcript : for UiTM students

Assalamualaikum, hi! I hope everyone's doing fine.

In this post, I will be sharing on how to make an online application for your full transcript. However, this guide will only be applicable to UiTM students.

Step 1:

Just Google on “konvo uitm” and you will get the following result.

Step 2:

Click on the “Perkhidmatan & muat turun”.


Step 3:

You will be directed to the page as shown below. Choose “Permohonan Transkrip Rasmi dalam talian (online)”.


Step 4:

The following page will show up. Fill in the boxes marked with asterisks (*). Which is basically all of them haha.


Step 5:

Then, it will be like this. (lol sorry i ran out of words to describe these)
Don't mind the table, it will be empty if this is your first application. Click on “New Application” on the top right of the table.


Step 6:

Again, fill in the required information needed, the ones with red asterisks. Do take note on the address, you must put in your address in both lines, okay?

There are only two (2) collection type offered, self collect or post. Both will cost RM 10, so I chose post la apa lagi hahaha. On your doorstep right away.

As for the purpose tu, try to make it logical.

Lastly, pasal IC. Make a copy of IC macam biasa, depan belakang, dapatkan pengesahan from ketua kampung, pengetua or guru besar, maybe guru penolong kanan. From whoever you usually have your important documents certified. Proceed to scan your certified IC into PDF terus. Upload. You're done here! Yay! And then submit. Easy peasy lemon squeezy bukann hahahaha. 


Step 7:

Once the form has been submitted, the bill will be generated. You can check the bill like this :


*the bill will be described as “Yuran Konvo”.

Step 8:

After you have paid for the bill, log in to check for the status of your application. The whole process may take up 10 - 18 days. So make the payment cepat cepat so your transcript can be processed cepat cepat also.

Step 9:

Tunggu postman sampai depan rumah. Track the parcel so you can agak the arrival of the postman. Hehe. I got it on the 14/3, two days after it was completed. Okay, PosLaju memang laju. I've read on another people's experience (?) too, and I think it can take about 10 - 18 days after date of applying  for it to arrive. The parcel came in like this, very neat. Aside from the transcript, they also send in surat pengesahan tamat belajar.  There is also a piece of cardboard the size of the envelope so that they won't get crumpled. Very considerate.



Conclusion : Overall, it was a good experience! User-friendly, takes only few minutes to get it done.

I cannot say it for sure since I'm not the one handling these, but I think you'll be fine. Maybe they will just proceed with it. Check your application status as in Step 5. If it's not done yet or you are still unsure of your status after a week or two, proceed to contact them by calling or e-mailing them okay. (I said at least a week sebab usually they proceed your form that week you submit application. If you do it on Friday, tunggu Friday next week.) Cakap elok elok and buat suara kesian-desperate so less chances kena marah. 😂

  2. hi dear, what if the photocopy ic doesn't have any certified by authorities? and the application status on Step 5 was "PROCESS"? and doesn't i need to isi borang pengesahan pelajar and email tu pihak uitm sebab some blog i baca dia suruh buat macam tu. sorry for asking to many questions by the way thank you!

    1. I am not sure as of now, procedure mungkin dah berubah sebab COVID-19 and all. But a friend of mine emailed pihak UiTM to gather surat pengesahan tamat belajar semua. Maybe yours is settled by now bc I haven's checked out this blog is so long, soo sorry.

    2. Selalunya memang akan lambat due to limited orang nak uruskan and also banyakkk application. UiTM satu Malaysia, even my friend kitorang apply sama sama but I got earlier, they got later. Give it a week or two, baru contact semula. Check for updates as in Step 8. Office workers bukan Shopee seller ye haha. Expect some delays lagi lagi in pandemic situation ni.
